No Refunds

By purchasing any product or service from TheAromaGuys.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Aroma diffuser systems

  • Essential oil products

  • Installation or service appointments

  • Subscription and maintenance plans

• If you have any issues with your product or service, please contact us at info@thearomaguys.com and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

Exchanges or Repairs

While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

• Product replacement or repair in the event of manufacturing defects (within 30 days of purchase).

• Rescheduling of service appointments if requested with at least 24 hours’ notice.
